Hi, I’m Matthew Varley, but most people call me Matt.
I’m the partner and managing director of Dynasty Denture Solutions, Dynasty Denture Clinics, and My Denture Clinics, where I work as a Clinical Dental Technician.
I was born and raised in Pudsey, where I met my wife, Angela, at school. We now have two sons, Ray and Austin, and I hope that one day they’ll follow me into the dental profession and share my passion for dentistry.
With 23 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of transforming countless smiles and changing lives, particularly through one-day implant immediate loading cases and same-day smiles. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing the confidence a new smile can bring. The positive feedback I receive from patients and clients means a lot to me and reflects the care and attention to detail I bring to every case.
I started my journey as a Registered Dental Technician (RDT), completing my dental technology qualification at Leeds Dental Institute, where I finished first in my class, achieving distinctions throughout. I was honoured to be named Overall Best Student and awarded the prestigious Technical Achievement Award.
After 23 years of working as an RDT in highly acclaimed laboratories, I made the decision in 2018 to start my own business alongside my business partner, Joseph O’Reilly. I also returned to university to further my dental knowledge and qualify as a Clinical Dental Technician, earning the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons DIP, RCS, CDT.
I’m passionate about providing the best possible care and always strive to deliver outstanding results for my patients.
