Dr Anne-Marie Du Preez
Hi, I'm Anne-Marie, my aim is to help you feel comfortable, supported and cared for throughout your treatment.
I graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2019 and have continued my postgraduate training in oral surgery and implant dentistry, including completing a Master’s degree in Implant Dentistry with distinction at the Eastman Dental Institute.
I have a particular interest in intravenous (IV) sedation, oral surgery and implant dentistry. IV sedation can help you feel deeply relaxed during treatment, making dental care more manageable for nervous and phobic patients.
I accept referrals for treatment under sedation and provide care for a wide range of procedures, including complex extractions, impacted wisdom teeth and dental implants. This includes everything from single implants. to full-arch rehabilitation and bone grafting.
I understand that visiting the dentist can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re feeling anxious or have had difficult experiences in the past. My approach is calm, gentle and reassuring and I’m passionate about helping patients who may have avoided or struggled with dental treatment because of fear or anxiety. My goal is to make your experience as comfortable and positive as possible, so you can access the care you need with confidence.
